Your driving licence, and your V5C if you've got a vehicle. I prepare the pack and post it to you, ready to send on.

Your State Pension record with the DWP.

So you're registered to vote under your new name.

Your gas and electricity supplier.

Once I've sent your new name, each organisation updates its records on its own timeline.

- A backup deed poll if you're married If you've only got one copy of your marriage certificate and it's on holiday with the DVLA, you've still got proof of your new name.
- Your DVLA pack, prepared and posted Forms filled in, step-by-step instructions and a prepaid envelope addressed to the DVLA. Lost your licence or V5C? I include how to get new ones.
- No retyping Everything except your DVLA pack is pulled straight from your form answers, exactly as you typed them, so nothing gets lost in translation.
- Chasing anything that comes back If an organisation sends something back, I chase it up and keep you copied in. I won't leave you hanging.

My Name Changed isn't a big corporation with a call centre and a ticket number. It's me. When your name gets updated, I'm the one doing it.
I've tried to make everything as clear as possible, but if anything's confusing, just email me or DM me on Instagram or TikTok. I'll get back to you as soon as I physically can, whether I'm on date night, walking the dogs or out with my girlfriends. Unless I've literally got no signal, you'll hear from me.

Do I pay per organisation?
No. It's £45 whether you pick one organisation from my list or all of them.
Is the deed poll extra?
No. If you need a deed poll, it's included, and so are the copies. If you're married, you get one free as backup proof too.
Do I need to post you anything?
No. I only ever need a photo of your proof, and a phone photo is fine. The only thing that goes in the post is your DVLA pack, and I'll always give you a backup copy of your proof to keep.
What do I do with my DVLA pack?
Follow the instructions inside. Sign your form, pop it in the prepaid, addressed envelope with your driving licence and your proof of name change, and post it to the DVLA. Can I add an organisation later?
Yes. If you're not sure about one yet, like who your water company is, leave it off the form and email me when you know. I'll add it for you. It's still £45, however many you pick.
Do you change my passport or bank?
Not yet. Passports, banks, insurance, private pensions and gender marker changes aren't included right now, but I'm adding more.
What if I need something that isn't on your list?
